LA RELACIÓN ENTRE DESCRIPCIÓN E INTERPRETACIÓN EN LAS PRÁCTICAS PERIODÍSTICAS: EL CASO DE PAGINA 12

Resumen
El objetivo de este artículo consiste en examinar críticamente, desde la perspectiva del Discourse Analysis la distinción entre lenguaje descriptivo y lenguaje evaluativo en las prácticas periodísticas de PAGINA 12. Considero, en particular, la distinción entre “fact and opinion" mediante el análisis de un reporte informativo dedicado a un partido de izquierda. Tal distinción, afirmo, es discursivamente constituida y utilizada entre otras cosas como estrategia retórica para defender y debilitar versiones contrarias en el discurso político argentino.
